TYPICAL TUSCAN COOKING LESSONS

If you want to learn the secrets of Tuscan cuisine, the Ultimo Mulino’s restaurant will be glad to arrange for you lessons and cooking classes. With the support of our staff you will prepare a four courses menu starting from appetizers such as bruschetta or the typical white toast, moving from home-made pasta like ravioli or pici, to arrive to second dishes of meat such as roast or pork braised in Chianti wine, to complete with a delicious Tiramisu. You will have the opportunity to actively take part to the cooking lesson, to manipulate the ingredients under the careful guidance of the chef. The preparation of the dishes will be accompanied by a detailed explanation of the various stages of the dishes manufacturing that you will taste for dinner or lunch, with a good Chianti Classico that we will be glad to suggest to you. You will also be given detailed recipes, complete with ingredients and instructions. We can also arrange for cooking classes for those guests who are already familiar with Tuscan cuisine, but wish to deepen the exploration of its tastes and smells, always under the benevolent view of the long tradition of these places. We can also arrange courses and culinary demonstrations for groups.

Our courses have an average of 4 hours lasting and always ends with the taste of what is cooked during the lesson.
